What is Goodluckdog.space Virus?
The Goodluckdog.space threat is a browser hijacker infection, a common type of virus that can affect practically every computer user. As they are installed through common web browsers, they can access the relevant application data containing cookies, history, bookmarks, and saved login information. Further updates to it can also include a report of the installed hardware components and specific system variables. Browser hijackers will also change default settings to the designated hacker-controlled site.
When the relevant page is opened by the users, it is likely that it will commit any of the following actions:
- Users Tracking and Surveillance — When the site is visited for the first time tracking cookies will be deployed to the browsers and activated. They will relay to the hackers the activity of the users. If Trojans are deployed, they will allow the criminals to take over control of the machines and steal user’s files.
